During my recent trip to Santa Marta, Colombia I had the privilege of sharing a little quality time with some of the ladies that we support, through Heroínas en la Sombra. –Unsung Heroines-

At the end of November, the Foundation held a very early festive “Christmas party”. Where these ladies were able to enjoy a relaxed and delightful afternoon together: filled with music, games, crafts and good company.

As an organization, we believe that it’s very important to create moments of connection and relaxation for those who spend so much of their time caring for others.
